Chemistry
Taking Chemistry was a bit of a challenge for me. I was not used to the teaching style used in that class; however I'm grateful that I experienced that. It was something new that I had to adapt to. It has prepared me to adapt to other teaching styles and has made me a more versatile learner. If I didn't understand something in that class, I made sure to go in and receive extra help so that I could properly succeed. The assignment that is shown was one of our very first assignments in class. We were given the information and then had to use our inferencing skills and previous knowledge to solve the table. I have not been given a whole lot of these assignments, so it was more difficult than I expected. It caused me to think harder and really use all of my mind. This class will help me in college because not all professors are going to teach the same way. This class kept me on my toes, and I'm more flexible with how I learn now. Overall, the material covered in Chemistry and the teaching style of it has prepared me for different learning possibilities.
